Architectrual firm is looking for Part-Time/Full-Time/Freelance artchitect candidate. The candidate should meet the following requirements:

1. Has minimum 1.5 year working experience in NYC
2. Familiar with NYC Construction Codes
3. Familiar with DOB filing procedure and has expediting experience
4. has own vechicle for transportation
5. Prefer to speak chinese
