This position is primarily responsible for coordinating with the Entertainment Group to develop, document, and maintain the monthly worldwide by-title sales and marketing accrual process and related analysis.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, document, and implement the monthly marketing accrual process and related analysis:
o Review and analyze accruals to ensure data is reflective of current forecasts.
o Coordinate with Forecasting group in order to streamline processes.
o Assist with the creation of standardized reporting and document procedures and best practices.
o Reconcile all related PL and Balance Sheet accounts.
Prepare monthly close package, including revenues, profit, and balance sheet analysis.
o Develop by title/region reporting for senior management.
o Identify trends in International performance using industry metrics.
o Collaborate with other accountants to coordinate monthly close meetings within group.
o Develop and maintain standardized reporting documents to leverage department-wide initiatives.
Perform special projects and ad-hoc reconciliations upon request.
JOB #2: Top Investment Bank - Financial Analyst
Main Function
To work within a highly motivated team, responsible for all aspects of the financial management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
Main Duties
This role will combine monthly performance reporting and ad-hoc analysis to support understanding of revenues by Product, Branch and Investment Representative. The role holder will regularly produce the daily revenue flash and weekly dashboard report that is review at a weekly meeting attended by the Front Office and Infrastructure Business Heads. Other activities include:
Weekly Asset Flows Report
Assist group on revenue reporting, expense reporting, and client asset analysis
Ad Hoc analysis related to revenues, expenses, products and assets
Assist group in month-end close process
Compensation: up to $90K plus bonus
