JOB DESCRIPTION

At this time we are seeking entry level Field Supervisors to manage a team of street promoters. Field Supervisors are in charge of assisting with daily promotion routines as assigned by our clients. This position is an early morning shift, 8 hours day Mon "Fri. Field Supervisors will also monitor quality, training and day-to-day operations and report directly to the Circulation Manager. Field Supervisors work outdoors and travel from one place to another while supervising promoters and assuring the overall management performance of all projects.

You will be responsible for:
Coordinating daily activities
Organizing your staff in order to manage their involvement on daily promotions
Maintaining control and tracking job inventories.
Coordinating all aspects parts of labor, administration, etc.
Customer relations and overseeing safety on the job
Other duties and projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
Organization, creativity, leadership and strong communication skills
Professionalism, high energy and team spirit
Must be able use a hand truck moving products from one place to another
Must have time management skills
Working outdoors experience preferred

COMPENSATION
Highly competitive base salary with paid time off plus benefits and opportunity for extra shifts.
