The House of Sports is Westchester's premier indoor sports facility opening in September 2012. We are looking for highly qualified staff to join our team. We are currently searching for customer service associates for our facility located in Ardsley, NY.
The job responsibilities will include:
-Greeting and welcoming customers into the facility
-Answering a multi-line phone system
-Registering customers over the phone and Internet
-Entering data into our systems
-Making outbound calls to existing customers
-Resolving customer issues
Qualifications include:
-Need to be energetic, organized and well spoken
-Excellent data entry skills
-Strong listening and communication skills
-Ability to exercise good judgement and apply problem solving skills
