Founder/Director of a small non-profit that helps homeless women and children seeks Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include comprehensive support such as calendar, event planning, social media, and communications with donors and press. Essentially, the assistant keeps everything, including the director, running smoothly on all fronts so she can focus on fundraising, program supervision and direct care.

Candidates should have: BA/BS from a competitive US college; superior organizational abilities; 2 years' office administrative experience; demonstrated ability to anticipate the needs of superiors in a work environment; excellent communication skills (verbal, written); polished appearance; flexible and energetic demeanor; and a genuine and deep sense of kindness.
