Administrative Assistant

POSITION TYPE Full Time/ Immediate Hire

DESCRIPTION

ENTRY LEVEL- Administrative Asst -to work for the President CEO of a boutique
finance company in mid town Manhattan that has been in business for almost 8.5 years,
involved in Real Estate Finance and Acquisition.

Person will be instrumental in working with the Executive to manage and organize all
facets of the business including:
* Scheduling
* Handle call volume
* Organizing meetings from coordinating schedules to meeting set up
* Booking travel and keeping an organized and detailed travel schedule
* Utmost professionalism with client interaction
* High level of confidentiality required
* Maintain Research contact database/ Market Information Research
* Expense reports/ Filing Organization
* Invoice filings/ Report Preparation
* Taking initiative to manage critical projects and assignments
* Other departmental administrative tasks as needed

Work Hours Will be 9:30-5:30 M-F

Great assistants take pride in anticipating what executives need before they need it, being
organized and reliable so that the department runs seamlessly and being just the right
mixture of friendly and protective. But they also must be computer-savvy and know
applications; manage technical issues, email and scheduling; create presentations; exhibit
the right level of formality with people from all levels of the corporate structure and
anticipate the needs of their executive.

QUALIFICATIONS
Ideal candidate will have good judgment, stellar work ethic, presentable and polished
appearance as well as excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication
skills. A strong aptitude of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as being Internet
savvy is a MUST.

**Mimimum of an Associates or other Two Year Equivalent College level education need only apply.
