JOB DUTIES/Training Classes:

1. Develops loan applications by evaluating applicant information and documentations:

* Evaluate loan applications and documentations by confirming credit worthiness.
* Improve loan applications and documentations by advising applicants. * Reject loans by explaining deficiencies to applicants.
* Assist customers by answering questions and responding to requests.
* Maintain customer confidentiality at all times.
* Continuous self improvement by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.
* Accomplish bank's mission by:
1. Analyzing mortgage history(s).
2. Converse with clients via phone to obtain information for credit decisions.
3. Closing of loans.
4. Learning and utilizing the guidelines of loans and mortgage industry in general.
