M2 is seeking a smart, analytical, and energetic individual to add to its Business Development team. The team is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, supporting and growing strategic relationships with the existing partner base, managing new and ongoing promotional campaigns, and to ensure retention of business through proactive, client service.

Position Summary: The objective of the Business Development Coordinator is to maintain, support and help manage relationships with a vast array of marketing partners. Your superior communication, organizational and technical skills, will enable you to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, where you will have the autonomy to take full control and responsibility for achieving business objectives. This role provides ample opportunity to develop original ideas and solutions, as well as career growth.

Responsibilities:
- Support an assigned base of M2 partners through service and follow-up activities.
- Work closely with other areas of the company including the Publisher Relations, Accounting, Customer Service, and Tech departments to ensure a program is compliant, well serviced, and comes to fruition.
- Identify, recommend, and execute new business opportunities with each partner managed.
- Evaluate the benefits of potential partnerships and make recommendations for potential target companies.
- Monitor account production and growth, and predict future needs.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in account coordinating, partner relations, or consultative sales (preferably in online media).
- The ability to evaluate a business opportunity, both financially and qualitatively.
- Sound business judgment.
- Ability to work on multiple initiatives in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Passionate, entrepreneurial thinker, self-starter and team player.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with and influence teams across the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and desire to deal with ambiguity with a strong bias for action.
- Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier school strongly preferred.
