Profile: Human Resource Associate Coordinator

Your responsibilities will be diverse which will allow you to gain a complete understanding of our Human Resource operations. You will work with the best, working with a diverse and passionate team, interacting closely with our Accounting, Sales, Operations and Logistics Team Leaders as well.

You will take on an integral role coordinating and improving the day to day operations of our organization while helping the companies' bottom line with fiscally conscious strategic planning and organization. Versatility and flexibility will be key, due to the nature of our growing organization. Hands on work will include responsibility for the oversight and improvement of HR related operational efficiencies, while, leading from the front with positive energy to keep the team morale high.

You will primarily work from our Headquarters with occasional activities outside of the office.

Primary Mission:

☼ Compensation package organization and administration
☼ Payroll coordination
☼ Benefits administration
☼ Employee handbook updates
☼ Hiring process: Posting, screening and organization
☼ Morale: Recognition and rewards program

The ideal candidate will possess:

~ Positive Attitude: We believe this is the most important gateway drug to long term chemical dependency on positive results!
~ Complete honesty and integrity
~ Experience or education in Human Resources or accounting with a focus on teamwork development.
~ Strong accounting acumen and comfort level with numbers
~ Multi tasking skills to handle a variety of ongoing projects, Ability to work in a fast paced, think-tank, teamwork environment
~ Excellent Customer Service: Ability to build and maintain a multitude of symbiotic business relationships based on great follow up, strong communication and trust.
~ Emphasis on teamwork support approach with the flexibility to handle different responsibilities and ability to adapt to changes within a growing company.
~ Proactive and not afraid to roll up your sleeves on a regular and recurring basis to work with and keep in touch with the different teams.
~ Careful attention to detail and care with data entry (neat freaks welcome!)
~ Open mindedness to learn, coach and to be coached and grow within a growing company
~ Strong communication, organization and collaborative skills
~ Bilingual (Spanish, Hebrew or Chinese) is a plus but not required
~ A Passion for healthy, great tasting food

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Associates Degree
Strong analytical skills along with working knowledge of Human Resource concepts and principles
Strong people skills
40+wpm keyboard skills
Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication
Positive attitude and happy disposition -- grouches need not apply 
