RETAIL/FASHION/ TEMP TO PERM

Candidates MUST have 2-5 years of Administrative Assistant experience in a mid-large sized company. Must be polished and professional. Extensive experience managing the schedules of busy executives, making international and domestic travel arrangements, strong attention to detail.

4 year college degree is REQUIRED.

Salaries range from $45-55K ($18-22 per hour)

FINANCE/BROKERAGE/REAL ESTATE (PERM and TEMP)
Major financial services and brokerage houses seeking Administrative Assistants and Executive Assistants with a minimum of 3 years experience supporting teams in FINANCE or Fortune 500 company.

Candidates MUST have extensive experience making detailed international travel arrangements, have strong PowerPoint presentation skills, and be proficient in Word and Excel. Must be articulate and diplomatic and be able to interact with high profiled clients. Also, requires a proven work history of managing busy executives, strong organization abilities and attention to detail.

Candidates MUST have a 4 year college degree.

Salaries range from $50-75K BOE, $20-25 per hour temping

Non-Profit Temp to Perm Admin Assistant:


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling, from initial request through actual occurrence. Maintain up-to-date accurate records of expected attendance and regrets. Update and maintain calendars for these functions: o and Committee meetings. Serve as chief point of contact with board assistants. Update Board and Committee lists and inform other users.
o Executive Director, SVP Programs and SVP Finance and Administration.
o All-staff calendar

Arrange meetings logistics, including materials preparation, room set up, conferencing capabilities, a/v and catering arrangements. Provide on-site logistics support and produce minutes as needed.
Manage correspondence as assigned for key executives; assist in contract administration and maintain accurate updated files; prepare expense reports for key executives.
Answer and screen calls as requested for key executives; maintain and manage call lists.
Provide project support as assigned; may include budget tracking, preparation of materials to support Board and Committee meetings, and support for mailings.


Provide general office support (fax distribution, messenger, scan/copy and file) as needed.

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in other general functions and duties of administrative team.
Draft and review correspondence as requested.
Provide alternate coverage for reception desk to cover breaks occasionally.
Other special projects and duties as needed.

Qualifications:
Minimum two years demonstrated success in an administrative support position.

Ability to maintain confidentiality under all circumstances.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Outstanding oral communication skills.
Resourceful, creative, problem-solver, self-starter and adept at multi-tasking
Previous experience in a customer-focused support role.
Ability to work as part of a team and complete projects independently.

Technical Skills:
Mastery of intermediate-level skills in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point.
Familiarity with Access or other database programs.
Familiarity with Visio or other flow chart/publishing programs.
Experience creating and managing electronic and hard copy filing systems

$18 per hour Salary $50-55K
