Job Description:
Entry Level Position in a Call Center Environment, supporting a Regional Selling Company for Biotech Equipment.
Acts as internal liaison for outside sales representatives as needed.
Solves external and internal customer problems consisiting primarily of end-user and dealer personnel.
Provides product information including catalog numbers, delivery, discounts, pricing etc.
Provides follow-up escalation for technical or service issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in Science / Engineering.
Ability to Operate on Word, Excel and Lotus
Ability to Multi-Task
Ability to work with minimal Supervision.
Bilingual a plus
