Growing Queens (College Point) based alarm,CCTV, telephone systems service company seeks a full time office administrator.

The candidate must be a hard working, ambitious, highly motivated, organized, focused and well-spoken individual who can multi-task with good organizational and customer service skills

The ideal candidate must:

- Be A FAST LEARNER

- Possess a desire to learn and succeed.

- Have strong initiative, be proactive and be able to work independently

- Have a positive, constructive, helpful approach

- Strong computer skills very helpful (Microsoft word and Excel, Internet, Email)

- Must be very organized and detail oriented

- Project a professional image

- Have a professional and courteous speaking voice

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to juggle multiple tasks.

-Should be extremely comfortable on the phone with an assertive but friendly demeanor.

-Excellent organization and follow up skills.

-Work requires continual attention to detail.
