The spot:
This is an entry-level temporary position and has the potential to lead to full time employment. As a Job Search Advisor you will be an integral part of our Customer Operations team. We are looking for someone with strong research skills and a desire to make an impact in a fast-paced, high-growth Internet environment. In a highly customer-focused environment, you will be the company's brand ambassador, interacting and helping job seekers through email, LiveChat and phone. We want someone with a friendly and professional attitude toward customers. You'll acquire a deep understanding of the Internet in general, corporate website structures, various industries, companies, job functions, job responsibilities, general corporate structure, and impeccable attention to detail. You will need significant judgment as to the authenticity and validity of research results.

The skinny:
You will respond to a wide variety of customer concerns, from technical support to life and career advice via phone and live chat and email
You will provide career coaching and industry knowledge to job seekers
You will inform customers of other available services and, when appropriate, help the customer purchase these services
You will do internet research: Dig deep into the nooks and crannies of the Internet to find the most relevant information for our subscribers

The specs:
You earned a BA or BS degree from a four year college or university
You have phone experience
You are comfortable including your picture and name in customer service correspondence as well as posted in various places on the website and readily viewable by the general public
You have strong oral written communication skills
You are internet savvy
You have strong attention to detail
You can work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
You have customer relations experience

Compensation:
$10 per hour
