EA to 3 Partners -- Global Professional Services Firm, $65k+

Executive Assistant needed to support a small team of Partners at a top global consulting firm. Successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, a flexible personality and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Will be responsible for maintaining a complex calendar and scheduling internal/external meetings, coordinating international/domestic travel arrangements including airline tickets, ground transportation and hotel accommodations. Will also be responsible for managing expenses and creating PowerPoint presentations as needed. Ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working in a client focused environment, preferably in financial services. Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PP and Outlook needed. Seeking a proactive individual with a team player mentality and executive presence. Must have a BA/BS and at least five years of experience in a corporate environment. Company is known for a dynamic corporate culture and stability. Base salary of $ 65-68K based on experience with an excellent benefits package and opportunity for paid OT (as needed) and a discretionary bonus.
