Admin assist/Corporate receptionist needed for upscale corporate Giant (Midtown)

Corporate Company located in midtown seeks a Receptionist/Office Administrator for an immediate temp to perm position.

Responsibilities include:
-Receive all visitors
-Answer main incoming lines and route to appropriate parties
-Keep phone systems updated
-Receive all incoming mail and sign for all packages and envelopes
-Send out packages via Messenger services
-Arrange car service appointments as requested
-Maintain Conference Room calendar and logistics
-Oversee daily kitchen maintenance, including supply replenishment, loading and unloading dishwasher, general cleanliness, and coffee making
-Place and receive catering orders, setting up food in preparation for meetings and making sure that kitchen and conference rooms are cleaned up afterwards.
-Support various executives with making travel arrangements and process expense reports
-Maintain records and files as directed
-Fill in for other staff members as needed, providing administrative support
-Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
-Minimum of two to three years experience in Receptionist or Administrative Support positions
-Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
-Ability to multi-task, strong communication and organizational skills.
