Profile: Executive Assistant
Your responsibilities will be diverse which will allow you to gain a complete understanding of our operation. You will work primarily with our CEO and CFO, but will interact with our Accounting, Sales, Operations and Logistics Teams as well.
You will take on an integral role coordinating, organizing and streamlining the day to day schedules of our Executives while serving as project manager as well on certain key initiatives. Versatility and flexibility will be key, due to the nature of our growing organization. You will primarily work from our Headquarters with occasional activities outside of the office.
Primary Mission:
â¼ Manage and update calendars, schedule appointments/meetings, and organization and log phone calls
â¼ Follow up letters and emails
â¼ Travel arrangements: book airlines, hotels and car service
â¼ Receptionist --greet direct visitors
â¼ Coordination and support of Special Projects
The ideal candidate will possess:

~ Emphasis on teamwork support approach with the flexibility to handle different responsibilities and ability to adapt to changes within a growing company
~ Careful attention to detail and care with data entry (neat freaks welcome!)

~ A Passion for healthy, great tasting food
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Associates Degree
Proactive, strong communicator and strong team player
Strong people skills
40+wpm keyboard skills
highly skilled Outlook with competent with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Positive attitude and happy disposition -- grouches need not apply ï
