Locations Mid-Town Manhattan / Rego Park, Queens / Victory blvd, staten Island
These are FULL TIME positions

Bliss N Care was established in 2008. We help our clients RELAX, REJUVINATE, REFRESH AND REJOICE. We offer a loving, caring and joyful working atmosphere for our staff service providers. Our primary goal is to provide VALUE to the client. Currently we have three locations in Manhattan, Queens Staten Island.

Position Summary:
Responsibilities:
Efficiently answer busy phones and take messages if necessary
Keep track of staff schedules and client appointments
Assist "walk-ins" with information requests;
Manage clients while waiting for treatment
Keep the spa spick and span. Cleanliness is Godliness.
Order office supplies and maintain spa inventories;
Assist with special projects and other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Current students welcome!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse clientele and staff;
Clear speaking voice and proficient English language skills;
Demonstrated reliability regarding attendance and work performance;
Courteous and professional demeanor with experience providing customer service;
Organizational skills and ability to prioritize;
Flexibility and ability to work in busy environment;
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Salary:
Commensurate with experience.
