QD Healthcare Group, a dynamic, unique, and growing medical education company based in Stamford, CT, is searching for a Junior Accountant to join our accounting department.
This is an excellent opportunity in our rapidly expanding Company.
Responsibilities include:
- Review and input of all invoices into A/P system
- Filing of all A/P invoices
- Filing of all contracts/invoices related to jobs
- Recording of internal invoices as needed
- Research and respond to internal and external queries
- Support Controller in day to day operations
- Special projects on an ad-hoc basis
- Allocation of overhead expenses
- Review and input credit card charges
Requirements include:
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or related field required
- 1-2 years experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency with Excel, Word and QuickBooks Pro preferred
- Ability to meet deadlines, solid organizational skills and attention to details are must haves.
