Financial services firm in Norwalk, CT is looking for a Full Time Administrative Assistant for their fast growing, dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be polished, professional, proactive with strong communication and organizational skills, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and back office support to the entire team. This will include calendar management, creation and maintenance of files, answering telephones and relaying messages, travel arrangements, expense reports, Internet research, database management, back office support to trading desk, etc.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (no exceptions); 0-3 years experience; excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; someone who will effectively interact with individuals at all levels; must possess the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and work independently with minimal direction; experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Quickbooks and Salesforce experience a plus but not required. Accuracy and attention to detail is critical.
