We are looking for an energetic SELF STARTING office assistant / bookkeeper
whose responsibilities will include the following:
- Customer service including answering phones, responding to customer support request
- Accounts Receivable and Payable responsibilities including managing and reporting daily detail ledger balances to the principle.
- Assisting with miscellaneous business needs including inventory management, filing etc.
Skills Required:
- Great communication skills and high level English proficiency a must.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to multi-task and follow through.
- Ability to work in fast pace environment.
- Well organized, PUNCTUAL, reliable, proactive.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision after training.
