We are looking for an Administrator/Assistant to handle the office general administrative tasks. We provide a friendly and professional working environment.
Some of your responsibilities would be:
Data entry and basic management reports
E-mail correspondence
Handle incoming telephone calls and both incoming and outgoing mail for office
Invoicing clients
Manage the logistics in connection with scheduling and meetings
Complete various other assignments determined by senior management
Requirements:
Taking initiative, critical-thinking skills, time management and organizational skills, resourcefulness, and thoroughness.
Prerequisite:
2 Years Experience; Associate degree
Good computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Compensation: Depends on experience.
