Senior Accountant - For Profit Industry
Job Description
Prepare and analyze monthly consolidated financial statements as well as individual company analysis.
Prepare/review monthly account reconciliations and supporting details.
Review of all contracts to ensure proper accounting is followed.
Research and implement US GAAP pronouncements.
Assist manager with preparing and compiling budgets as well as monitoring budget to actual.
Desired Skills Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
4+ years of accounting experience.
Must be CPA in the state of New York.
Strong technical accounting (GAAP) skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables).
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
