Responsibilities:
Answer, screen and direct incoming calls as well as handle all telephone inquiries
Maintain control of traffic in the reception area (Greet clients, vendors, applicants and visitors)
Manage incoming and outgoing packages and mail
Order, check in and maintain office and kitchen supplies
Keep kitchen and conference areas clean and organized
File, copy and provide other administrative/clerical support as needed
Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Phone system and customer service experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must have corporate appearance and demeanor.
Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate must be very reliable, organized and have impeccable attention to details.
