The company is an industry leader and is seeking a Quality Control Analyst (4 or 5 days/week, hourly) for its international division. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and personable, eager to set-out and execute business building strategies - across all existing prospective verticals.
The successful candidate will have responsibilities in maintaining client satisfaction and providing superior service.
Primary Responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing documents for errors and omissions
*Manage caseflow through proprietary docketing system
* Participate in all aspects of the scheduling, quality assurance and delivery process
We are looking for candidates who can commit multiple days a week (9:30-5:30 or 11:00am-7:30pm, from four to five full days a week). Position is hourly, and we are looking for candidates who are extraordinarily attentive to detail and who can make a minimum 3-4 month commitment at a minimum to stay with our team.
College degree (Associates at minimum, bachelors preferred) required. PC knowledge required. Ideal for recent college grads pursuing graduate school or opportunities in the creative arts on the side.
