This is an opportunity to work in a creative atmosphere for a leading, home furnishings/design company. We are looking for a part time administrative/office assistant approximately 20 hours per week. This person will assist in supporting multiple Product Development divisions and report to head administrative liaison. The position will have set responsibilities, as well as special projects to accommodate an ever changing, fast paced environment. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is a must. Ideal candidate is highly organized, self motivated, responsible with clear communication skills and has the flexibility to jump from one task to another while maintaining priorities. Previous office experience is a plus.
