NYC firm is seeking an Executive Assistant with team experience, supporting C -- Level and working with other admins. This person will be dynamic, have strong multi-tasking and excellent communications skills.
Handle extensive travel arrangements both international and domestic, hotels, car services, visas, etc.
Heavy calendar management for multiple executives and team members
Organize and prepare monthly expenses
Answer and transfer calls accordingly and in a timely manner
Ad hoc projects as needed
Must have strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Power Point and Word.
College degree required.
