Customer Service Rep (Hourly wages)
Gotham Photo Company is seeking a customer service rep to join our team. The job is M-F 9:30am-6:00pm, hourly wages. Ideal candidate must be reliable, responsible and detailed oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple demands.
Responsibilities include:
Respond to all customer inquires via phone and email and promote services/products; follow-up as needed
Provide customer support for our services/products including providing technical support; scheduling photography/floor plan/video appointments and delivering/uploading products to clients
Assist in weekly billing (create invoices/record payments) and process customer payments
Provide administrative support including answering phones, processing orders, data entry, and other day to day items
Skills:
Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc), PhotoShop, QuickBooks and social media sites
Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
Knowledge/Interest in photography and real estate a plus
