POSITION: Customer Service Route Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Supervisor
OBJECTIVE: Call pre-established customers to see what products they will require for the next days route. Inquire if there are any issues at the account and follow through with service.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Continuous work history in Customer servive and relations
2. Attention to detail
3. Hard Working
4. Good Communication skills
5. Documentation
6. Must be Punctual
7. Great Time Management skills
8. Ability to follow through
9. Good Attitude
Responsibilities:
1. Manging pre-established call list to attend to customer requirements
2. Generate invoices via Computer terminal running Microsoft based application
3. Create inventory manifests for next day route load
4. Proofing of invoice, Inventory and daily route at end of day
5. Maintaining customer relations and follow through to make sure customer is loyal
+ Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
+ Training will be providedqualified candidates
+ Must be a team player and have reliable transportation.
