A leading producer of premium seafood is launching a food service program in NYC. The objective is to build sales in high end restaurants, and in the longer term build a buzz that can help us position our productswith consumers in the retail market where we currently have only retailer programs.
We have a sound marketing plan and good strategies, but we need help in execution.
You need to have experience in designing and executing programs with restaurants.....know the players and the ropes in NYC. know what works and what is just PR talk. Be creative and also be able to get things done.
Food writing experience is certainly helpful, but not the first priority.
Experience and a track record in coming up with programs and executing them.
