We are currently seeking people with Architectural field measuring and drafting experience (minimum 1 year) for a 15 story residential building in Manhattan. You will be responsible for documenting the existing (as-built) conditions (floor plans, RCPs, interior elevations, outlet location, etc) and documenting them within a limited time frame. You will be provided with all the necessary equipment and tools. This is a contract job that will last about 3 months (you will be required to fill out a W-9 and you will receive a 1099).
