Creative Services Manager (Murray Hill)

Encompass Media Group, a leading OOH and event marketing agency, is looking for a Creative Services Manager for our New York Office. The Creative Services Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Creative Department and ensuring a smooth production/design workflow and the integrity of a wide range of print materials including marketing collateral, OOH print, digital and event graphics, product packaging and point-of-sale materials

Responsibilities
Review client artwork for adherence to specifications and color accuracy and verifying that printed piece will finish and deliver in the highest quality possible within budget parameters.
Route proofs to client to get appropriate sign-offs and returning to the appropriate vendor.
Liaise with the Project Manager on the status of all assigned jobs to ensure that deadlines are met
Provide creative direction to Account Executives on Sales Proposals, Proofs of Performance and handling special projects as needed.
Conduct site visits for OOH advertising campaigns and experiential executions
Coordinate and/or self-install signage for projects on an as needed basis
Develop physical mockups and/or renderings for sales proposals
Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and quick turn around on edits/corrections; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications
BS in Graphic Design/Visual Arts or similar college degree
Minimum of 4-6 years real-world design experience, including background in print, web and marketing
Ability to prepare documents for print internally and through outside vendors
Established network of contacts in the production, installation and graphic design industries.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
Expert Knowledge of Mac OS X
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Working knowledge of video editing software (i.e: Final Cut Pro, iMovie, etc.) a plus
Understanding of tech writing principles, HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver a plus
Extreme attention to detail
Excellent organization and electronic file management skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
