We are a rapidly growing International scalp care organisation looking to recruit for our rapidly expanding USA team. As part of our dedicated team you will be key to ensuring our continued high quality service.

The role is currently based in Manhattan, NY and presents an ideal opportunity for a confident, ambitious person, with a natural enthusiasm and strong interest in making a difference to the people we care for.

As one of our dedicated administrators you will be a motivated, highly organized person, ideally with previous experience of working in a medical or healthcare environment with confidential information.

You will work at our New York location on 5th Avenue and will be our first point of contact of the customer service experience, including: website, email, telephone and face to face customer contact. Through your experience you will have excellent IT competence, a confident telephone manner and be well accustomed to managing the requirements of a demanding and often competing workload. You will also be able to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and commercial awareness.

The position also requires a high degree of sensitivity and the ability to exercise discretion, as many consumers often have a low level of confidence and customer care is paramount.
