We are seeking a hard-working, professional devoted team player with a "can do" attitude to be the key
administrative support and office management person for our CEO. The ideal candidate will have solid
experience in a fast-paced, demanding, operational, multi-cultural environment and be the liaison and first point
of contact between the CEO and our managers, employees, customers, business associates, affiliated companies
and others. Our office is located in the Sheepshead Bay area of Brooklyn, NY.

Act as the "right arm" to the CEO/Founder provide the highest level of administrative support.
Schedule coordinate meetings and events, making all required arrangements.
Answer screen phone calls, take dictation, type correspondence.
Read and process all incoming mail and a high volume of e-mails.
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint slides.
Review prioritize information presented to the CEO based upon an understanding of the business
and the nature of the request.
Screen information prior to review by the CEO to ensure it is organized, thorough and structured.
Manage the CEO's calendar to ensure his time is appropriately utilized.
Communicate constantly with the CEO and ensure that he is prepared, organized, on schedule and
ready for all meetings and events.
Communicate directly to the staff members on behalf of the CEO relaying his messages, intentions
and defining the deliverables.
Follow-up with staff members on their projects and deliverables. Report status to the CEO.
Maintain excellent interpersonal relations with customers, sales reps, business associates and colleagues.
Handle special projects as assigned by the CEO.

A college graduate with at least 5 years .
A person with excellent verbal written communication skills.
A person with high moral values and a strong work ethic that "cares" and takes pride in his/her work.
An individual who reported to a CEO, President.
A multi-tasker with an aptitude in problem solving, fact-finding and drawing valid conclusions.
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint Access).
Skilled in fast long-hand or stenography.
A careful, detail-oriented, "roll-up-your-sleeves" person who is a self-starter with strong time-management
office protocol skills.
Someone who can prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
