SimpleTexting is an SMS (text message) marketing start-up with the goal of changing how brands communicate with their customers. We cater to advertising agencies, businesses large and small, and other organizations. You will be part of a young and laid-back team of entrepreneurs who keep flexible hours and believe that mid-day work-out is a necessity, not a luxury.
We are located in a state-of-the-art building in Manhattan home to hundreds of start-ups. You will have the opportunity to network with C-level executives in the mobile, social media, gaming, fashion tech and advertising industries. Our building has amenities like a foosball table, a pinball machine, and networking events for tenants, just to name a few.
As a sales and customer service associate you will support all areas of the sales process including helping improve the sales process, handling live customer inquires, following up with potential prospects and appointment setting senior level sales people.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree
2+ years sales or customer service experience.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Typing speed of 40+ WPM
