Fast growing auto transport brokerage firm seeking a full time customer service representative to join our team. We are an automobile transportation company, specializing in nationwide vehicle relocation services. Candidates must be professional, outgoing and be willing to handle a large volume of phone calls, while keeping a positive attitude.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Answer customer service phone calls
Address customer inquiries
Retrieve voicemails
Prepare letters and documents
Inform clients of upcoming pick-ups
Verify delivery of vehicles
Preferred Experience
Strong people skills
Knowledge of basic computer software (Word, Excel)
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Keyboard skills

This is a full time position (Monday - Friday / 8 Hours a day)
Compensation: $14/ hr ($10/hr training first week $14/hr after training)
