Responsibilities:
* Research and analysis related to transaction generation and execution.
* Compile industry and client company data.
* Develop financial models and preparing valuation analyses.
* Provide input on mergers and acquisitions advisory services.
* Develop pitch books, offering memoranda and other materials used for presentations to prospective and engaged clients.
Qualifications:
* 4 year bachelor's degree from top university.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Solid writing skills.
* Strong academic record.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Entrpreneurial spirit.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint).
